Did good today! Need to eat better though. Didn’t eat until three in the afternoon and all I had was a granola bar. But I worked out for an hour! (: also going on a walk with my mom later & going to do another 50 crunches when I get home to get my full 100 (: I’m gonna be skinny the healthy way. No matter what it takes.
